Sam Malaeb
Sam Malaeb is an experienced professional that has worked across multi-disciplined construction and consulting engineering. With over 25 years in the Australian and South-East Asian markets; Sam has gained exposure and achieved accolades in local and international projects.
His extensive experience lies in running end-to-end, sustainable, and future-focused deliverables. As part of delivering great vision requires his outstanding project management from tendering, documenting, to early negotiation and design development of small to large scale projects ranging from $1-$50 million dollars.
In earlier roles, Sam has personally project managed large scale projects up to $300 million dollars and run large teams internationally in Construction, and then progressed to multi-disciplinary Consulting firms in Melbourne consisting of a team of Engineers and Draftees.
Through superior leadership, mentoring, technical excellence, and ownership of ideas, Vantage Design will build great buildings and businesses by first building our people.
Having completed a Master’s Degree in Finance at the University of Melbourne and won the honouree A.E Shephard memorial for the best 2nd-year student in the Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, giving Sam the vantage when it comes to providing quality deliverables. He is commended for not only his Time management experience but the concurrent financial outcome to business.
